Most of your habits, passions, desires and thoughts are not what you created for yourself now but are mere compulsions of your past. And so for the same reason, nothing you do is exciting enough for long. Transcend the mind through all these and see. See what you can really do in this lifetime and make that happen.

Youth - the wonderful phase of a person's life. The phase that opens the doors for many new opportunities and beginnings. A phase when used to it's finest, has the potential to turn a person's life into a treasure. But also into a dark hole if mislead or not guided properly. 13-30 years of age is usually considered as youth. This is the time when the internal activity of an individual is at it's maximum. A lot of changes happen inside the body and our perception is enhanced. It is during this time that one has to ensure they blossom in the right way. Failing to do so often brings immense suffering to the life of that person. This is the reason why, any situation that never bothered you or which you never thought would affect you during childhood, shows a whole new affect if the same happens during youth. Child!

The biggest sin one can commit is to give birth to a life and later make that life feel worthless. A child that is born as in is not a property but a responsibility. That life must have come out of you but you do not own that life by any means. A young life is an opportunity for you to see, learn and appreciate the beauty of life but not for you to mould or alter them the way you want. This may sound blunt but ask yourself, do you learn by listening or by observing and experiencing? And the answer is obvious! Human nature by default learns and grows from experiences. And now the role of a parent in being "responsible" arises as to what the child is being exposed to and the ability to perceive the same. If that has to happen efficiently, first we need to look at ourselves and understand how efficient is our own perception.
